The Role We're seeking a Senior Software Architect to lead the design and evolution of our enterprise-grade AI platform. You'll be the technical visionary who ensures our architecture can scale from serving thousands enterprise users while maintaining the security, reliability, and performance that business customers demand. What You'll Do Technical Leadership Design and evolve our multi-tenant Saa S architecture Architect secure, scalable AI/ML pipelines that process millions of documents daily while ensuring data privacy and compliance Define and implement API strategies that enable both internal development velocity and external partner integrations Establish architectural patterns and best practices that empower teams to build independently while maintaining system coherence Platform Development Build critical platform services using Python (Fast API/Django) that form the backbone of our infrastructure Design event-driven architectures using AWS services (Event Bridge, SQS, SNS, Kinesis) for real-time data processing Implement robust data architectures balancing operational and analytical workloads across RDS, Dynamo DB, S3, and Redshift Create infrastructure as code using AWS CDK (Python) that enables rapid, reliable deployments across multiple environments Strategic Impact Partner with Product and executive team to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Lead architectural reviews and create decision records that balance innovation with technical debt management Drive technical due diligence for enterprise customers, articulating our security and compliance posture What You'll Bring Required Experience 8+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in architect-level roles Deep expertise building production systems on AWS, including compute (ECS/EKS/Lambda), data (RDS/Dynamo DB/S3), and messaging services Advanced Python proficiency including async patterns, performance optimization, and experience with Fast API, Django, or similar frameworks Proven track record designing systems that handle 100 K+ requests/second or process petabyte-scale data Experience with enterprise requirements: SOC2, GDPR, SSO/SAML, audit logging, and data residency Strong background in API design, microservices patterns, and event-driven architectures Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and Dev Ops practices Conversational level English proficiency required Technical Competencies System design expertise: distributed systems, CAP theorem, consistency models, scaling patterns Security architecture: zero-trust networks, encryption, secrets management, IAM best practices Data architecture: OLTP/OLAP systems, streaming architectures, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines Observability: distributed tracing, metrics, logging, and building SLI/SLO frameworks Cost optimization: Fin Ops practices, reserved capacity planning, architectural cost modeling Preferred Qualifications Background in building multi-tenant Saa S platforms with complex isolation requirements Contributions to open-source projects or technical writing/speaking experience Experience with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, Fed RAMP) Startup experience with rapid scaling challenges What We Offer Competitive base salary: R$ 200,000 - R$ 325,000 annually (20% increase after 6 months based on performance) Equity package with high growth potential Flexible remote work with quarterly team gatherings Opportunity to shape the technical direction of a modern AI-first startup Our Tech Stack Languages: Python (primary), Type Script Infrastructure: AWS (ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS, Dynamo DB, S3, Cloud Front) Frameworks: Fast API, Django, React, Next.js Data: Postgre SQL, Dynamo DB, Redis, Elasticsearch, Apache Kafka Dev Ops: Git Hub Actions, Argo CD, Datadog, Pager Duty, Terraform/CDK How to Apply Interested?
