What kind of professional are we looking for?

We’re looking for a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about Hiring and talent hunting , people operations, and administrative processes. Someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems with autonomy and responsibility.

The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.

What do I need to have to apply for this position?

Must-haves:

• English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Living in Florianópolis – SC
• Interest in Head Hunting , people operations, and administrative work
• Strong communication skills

• Nice-to-haves:
• Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks
• Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets
• Experience in fast-paced environments or startups
• International experience
• Undergratuated degree

• As Contractor (PJ), you will have:
