You will

 Build the core backend system components and create self-serve product features 

 Design and improve the foundational infrastructure that powers a variety of experiments 

 Drive engineering projects from inception to completion with a sense of urgency 

 Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to plan and execute on product engineering roadmap 

 

You have

 5+ years of experience with Ruby, 

 5+ years of experience with DBs - SQL / NoSQL  

 BS / MS in Computer Science or a related technical field 

 Created and supported APIs (REST, JSON/HTTP, GraphQL) 

 Worked closely with Web or Mobile clients 

 

Nice to have 

 Experience with Heroku or AWS 

 Experience with growth related projects 

 Experience A/B testing methodology 

 Experience building and maintaining reliable, performant systems 

 Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment 

 Experience contributing to open-source project or library
