We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to lead the development of our Decisioning Platform focused on Credit, Compliance, and Supplier Evaluations. This role is critical in enhancing the customer experience within our B2B portfolio management and counterparty decisioning product. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering impactful products and driving user adoption in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Lifecycle Management: Own the entire delivery lifecycle of agile development from concept to release.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers across various regions to shape the customer experience.
• Global Coordination: Navigate cross-regional teams and diverse cultures effectively.
• Delivery Excellence: Ensure high-quality delivery for products focused on B2B portfolio management and decisioning processes.
• Adoption Initiatives: Drive product adoption strategies to maximize revenue and customer value.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product management with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality customer-facing products, particularly B2B platforms.
• Agile Methodologies: Proven experience working in agile teams and collaborating across disciplines.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Strong technical expertise, including experience with APIs and debugging complex systems.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with financial services, credit, compliance, or procurement is advantageous.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment.
