 100% Remote | Contract: PJ (Consulting in Brazil) | English: Advanced required | International projects (Thailand)

We are looking for a Zendesk Administrator to join our team and work on international projects with teams in Thailand! If you have extensive experience in Zendesk administration, integrations, and stakeholder management, this is a great opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and configure Zendesk to optimize support workflows.
  • Work with Intercom, Calendly, Forethought, Zapier, and Gainsight (experience with these tools is a plus).
  • Utilize BigQuery and Looker for data analysis and reporting, including building SQL queries.
  • Provide strong communication in English, including leading Zoom/video calls to resolve issues directly with stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple internal stakeholder teams, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
  • Maintain an organized and structured approach to administration and problem-solving.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in Zendesk Administration.
Knowledge of Intercom, Calendly, Forethought, Zapier, and Gainsight (preferred).
Basic understanding of BigQuery and Looker, with the ability to write SQL queries.
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) for international collaboration.
Proven ability to lead Zoom/video calls and resolve issues directly with stakeholders.
Experience managing multiple internal stakeholder teams.
Availability to work under a PJ contract with a consulting firm in Brazil.
