Chef de Partie needed for Restaurant in Malta, Europa. 

Immediate opening for a Chef de Partie in an upmarket restaurant & lounge in Malta.
The restaurant boasts a robust menu of traditional Mediterranean, Steaks, Seafood and even a vegan and kid’s menu.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

▪︎ will report to the Restaurant Manager / Head Chef
▪︎ assist in day-to-day operations of the kitchen
▪︎ work on different sections of the kitchen
▪︎ follow the in-house HACCP regulations
▪︎ be familiar with the menu and with any “specials”
▪︎ ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion.
▪︎ be passionate for high end cuisine
▪︎ stay up to speed with latest cuisine trends
▪︎ must be standards driven and detail-oriented
▪︎ pay close attention to detail in food preparation
▪︎ adopt flexible working hours
