Descrição

The multinational company is seeking a Product Manager for the LATAM region, focused on improving Sales and Customer Service experiences through integrated digital solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work in dynamic squads responsible for strategic goals and delivering measurable results, ensuring consistent and high-quality interactions across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from conception to decommissioning, including roadmap planning and backlog prioritization, ensuring efficient deliveries aligned with strategy.
  • Identify domain needs, develop and validate product concepts, and build business cases.
  • Apply Agile practices, including sprint planning and co-creation of user stories.
  • Utilize Design Thinking and user feedback to co-create solutions, conducting feasibility and usability tests aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics, budget, product health, and market opportunities to support strategic decisions.
  • Identify key stakeholders, understand their needs, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, balancing priorities and expectations.
  • Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams, promoting alignment between technical and business areas.
  • Mentor junior product managers and strengthen Agile and management practices within the team.
  • Drive strategic planning and decision-making, evolving solution strategies based on research, insights, and data.
  • Design, develop, deliver, and lead digital solutions within complex and dynamic environments.
  • Define, manage, and execute initiatives aligned with key metrics and measurable business goals.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams from initiation to delivery, fostering collaboration and alignment.
  • Measure and communicate the business value of proposals, outcomes, and deliverables effectively.
  • Provide strategic leadership, optimize product capabilities, and ensure value delivery to users and stakeholders.
  • Utilizing AI-powered capabilities to analyze vast amounts of real-time data, identify patterns, predict trends, and uncover hidden opportunities that inform strategic decision-making to tackle business challenges, enhance user experience, and drive product innovation.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with Agile development and DevOps.
  • Experience with Design Thinking, user-centered design & user analysis.
  • Experience in building product vision, product roadmap, and product strategy.
  • Advanced English for communication with international teams.
