About the Role

They are on a mission to build an all-in-one Company OS, enabling global founders to launch, operate, and grow their businesses with a suite of powerful products.

They are hiring a Backend Software Engineer (Golang) to join their agile product team. In this role, you will write code, oversee software projects, and contribute to key product decisions. You value good development practices like testing and code reviews and are passionate about delivering a seamless experience to a global market of founders.

Responsibilities

• Scale the engineering team and optimize development processes
• Ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-efficient software delivery
• Drive technical and architectural decisions for long-term efficiency
• Guide engineering excellence and career growth
• Collaborate with product and design teams to shape deliverables
• Develop and maintain high-quality software architecture
• Identify, prioritize, and execute development tasks
• Write, test, and review code
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical risks

Requirements

• 6-7 years of experience, with at least 2+ years in a high-growth startup
• 5+ years of Golang experience (2-5 years still considered)
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and career-driven mindset
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• Experience in financial products (accounting, banking, insurance) is a plus
• Tech Stack: Familiarity with Golang, PostgreSQL, AWS, Redis,Docker Compose, Docker, GitLab CI, Datadog, and/or Stripe is a plus.
