Founded by three highly technical founders with extensive experience in software engineering, security, and automation, Arvion is an early-stage startup with a bold vision. We are now looking for experienced fullstack engineers in Europe or Brazil who thrive on end-to-end ownership, can operate independently, and are excited to help solidify engineering operations from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

● Own tasks end to end: from design to implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration.
● Design and develop scalable, robust fullstack systems.
● Contribute across both backend and frontend with a focus on quality, performance, and security.
● Collaborate with the engineering team to define architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
● Help establish and improve the engineering operations of a fast-moving startup.
● Work closely with the founders and other engineers to shape the company’s technical direction.
● Explore and apply emerging technologies (including AI and automation) to solve complex challenges.

Must-Haves

● 6+ years of professional software development experience.
● At least 1 year of hands-on experience with TypeScript/Node.js.
● At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Python.
● Strong proficiency with Git and modern development practices.
● Ability to work independently on end-to-end tasks with minimal supervision.
● Strong communication skills in English (international, fully remote team).

Nice-to-Haves

● Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
● Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
● Familiarity or interest in developing AI Agents.
● Experience with event-driven architectures.
● Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc).
