Job Summary

A financial service designed for managers to create cost centers, allocate budgets, and manage hiring expenses efficiently. This solution integrates seamlessly with ATS (Applicant Tracking System), Careers, and other services. It enables the creation and management of budgets, projects, and cost centers, allowing for budget allocation to specific positions within the ATS. Additionally, it provides a structured financial perspective for resource configuration and budget management.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of critical new features and infrastructure

Produce consistent high-quality code across projects

Identify and fix bugs and reliability of current systems

Qualifications and Job Requirements

To be based in São Paulo, Brazil, with a willingness to work on-site three days per week.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required.

5+ years of software development experience, with a proven ability to work effectively across both front-end and back-end.

Strong expertise in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript tooling.

Proficiency in Golang for building scalable web applications.

Deep understanding of clean code principles, testing strategies, and performance optimization.
