Job Summary:
We are seeking a Security Engineer with expertise in endpoint security and cloud infrastructure security. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing secure architectures, managing enterprise security solutions, automating security tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with security tools, automation, and scripting, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Security Architecture & Design:
-Design and implement secure architectures for both on-premise and cloud systems.
-Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities across endpoint systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, OCI).
-Develop and maintain security documentation and best practices.
System Security Management:
-Deploy, configure, and manage enterprise security solutions, including endpoint security tools.
-Support teams with security assessments and vulnerability scans.
-Ensure timely patching and updates to mitigate identified vulnerabilities.
Automation & Scripting:
-Automate security tasks to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
-Develop scripts for managing system security using tools such as Python and Bash.
Collaboration & Communication:
-Work closely with internal teams on security initiatives and improvements.
-Communicate security risks, solutions, and best practices effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
-Stay up to date with evolving security threats, trends, and technologies.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
- To be based in São Paulo, Brazil, with a willingness to work on-site three days per week.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
- Proven experience in deploying, configuring, and managing security solutions, including endpoint security.
- Strong knowledge of security best practices for endpoint and cloud security.
- Hands-on experience with security tools such as Crowdstrike and SentinelOne.
- Proficiency in automation and scripting using Python and Bash.
