About the Role
We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer to help shape the future of a platform that empowers global founders to launch, operate, and scale their businesses.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers. You’ll thrive if you have a strong track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality projects on time, and using data to inform key decisions.

What You’ll Do
- Architect & Build: Develop scalable, cloud-based solutions in Golang that are robust, performant, and efficient
- Technical Leadership: Define and guide the technical direction, ensuring best practices across the team
- Project Ownership: Lead project execution, remove roadblocks, and hit key deadlines
- Client Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Stakeholder Communication: Keep relevant teams informed and aligned through regular updates
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and foster growth across the team
- Team Leadership: Scale and manage engineering teams across the full development lifecycle
- Complex Systems: Build systems for Cloud/SaaS and On-Prem environments using a microservices architecture
- Agile Practices: Apply agile methods to streamline team workflows and improve delivery
- Technical Depth: Balance strategic thinking with hands-on implementation across frontend and backend systems
Requirements
- Experience leading software engineering teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in one or more languages such as Go, PHP, Python, or Node.js (strong knowledge of Golang is a plus)
- Experience building production systems at early-stage startups
- Familiarity with enterprise-level products and clients
- Understanding of IT environments and complex integrations
- Hands-on experience with modern frontend and backend technologies
- Background working with third-party API integrations
- Experience handling time series data
