About the Role:
As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for qualifying both inbound and outbound leads, actively prospecting new clients, and nurturing opportunities for the closing team. This role is critical to driving our growth and market expansion in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
● Research and identify potential clients with ideal fit (B2C and small contractors)
● Perform outreach via phone, email, and digital platforms
● Qualify leads based on strategic criteria
● Schedule meetings for Account Executives
● Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
● Help structure outreach playbooks and cadence flows (continuous learning encouraged)
Requirements:
● Advanced English (or fluent reading/writing with a willingness to improve speaking skills)
● 1+ year of experience in SDR, pre-sales, or outbound prospecting
● Basic understanding of sales funnel, CRM tools, and outbound/inbound marketing
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Strong organizational skills, goal orientation, and adaptability
Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory):
● Previous experience in startups or early-stage companies
● Familiarity with the construction, renovation, or home services industries
● Experience with tools such as Apollo, Outreach, Sales Navigator
