About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on, and highly adaptable professional to join a multinational consumer goods company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, embraces change, and is comfortable working outside rigid frameworks. You’ll be a key player in ensuring operational consistency while helping evolve governance models in a fast-paced, ever-changing context.

Responsibilities:

• Lead governance forums, meetings, and rituals, ensuring alignment across departments.
• Support the evolution of internal governance models, applying critical thinking and practical execution.
• Gather, organize, and analyze data from various projects, maintaining data integrity.
• Update dashboards, KPIs, and reports (operational and executive) using Power BI and Excel.
• Create strategic presentations and materials to support leadership and global teams.
• Communicate effectively across technical and business areas, with clarity and confidence.
• Act as a connector between teams, helping drive alignment and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT governance or PMO, data analysis, or portfolio management.
• Strong execution mindset – someone who is hands-on, proactive, and not afraid to build as they go.
• High adaptability to frequent changes and evolving processes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and defend ideas.
• Advanced or fluent English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and collaborative tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
• Ability to turn data into strategic insights and visual narratives.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in digital transformation or governance structuring projects.
• Experience in agile or startup-like environments.
• Strong data storytelling skills.
