About the role
We are looking for a Project & Portfolio Analyst to act as a right hand to the Emerging Markets IT Lead, supporting the orchestration of stakeholders, communication and alignment of global IT initiatives across multiple countries.
This is not a technical/development role. It is a hybrid position between PMO, Business Analyst and Stakeholder management, focused on bringing structure, visibility and engagement to global programs as they are cascaded to Emerging Markets.
What you will do
- Map, engage and follow up with stakeholders across Emerging Markets (IT, business sponsors, product owners, key users, etc.).
- Support the IT Lead in planning and coordinating alignment meetings with countries (status calls, steering committees, working sessions, follow-ups).
- Organize and consolidate information about projects and initiatives (decisions, risks, status, next steps) into clear, structured views.
- Prepare presentations, one-pagers and communications to explain global initiatives to local teams in a simple and practical way.
- Help translate global programs (Data, AI and other IT initiatives) into “what this means” for each market.
- Collect data and feedback from markets, build basic KPIs and reports and highlight risks, bottlenecks and opportunities.
- Contribute to portfolio visibility and governance, ensuring stakeholders have the right information at the right time.
What we are looking for
- Experience as Project / Portfolio / PMO Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar, ideally in multinational or global environments.
- Solid understanding of project management concepts and language (PMO, milestones, risks, dependencies, status reports, etc.).
- Strong organization and follow-up skills, you naturally structure information, track actions and keep people aligned.
- Very good stakeholder management skills, you build relationships, connect people and are comfortable talking to different seniority levels.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in written communication and presentations (PowerPoint, one-pagers, executive summaries).
- Proactive, autonomous and hands-on profile, with strong sense of ownership – you go after information, don’t wait to be pushed.
- Comfortable working with multiple time zones and cultures.
- Fluent English – daily work with teams outside Brazil and global stakeholders (calls and documentation in English).
- Other languages are a plus, but not mandatory.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with global or regional IT projects
- Exposure to Emerging Markets (LatAm, Africa, Asia) and multicultural environments.
- Familiarity with KPIs, dashboards and portfolio reporting
- A natural change / adoption mindset, you think about how initiatives will land in markets, who needs to be involved and what to communicate.
Work model
- Hybrid – 2 days per week on-site at JK region, São Paulo
Contract Duration
- 6 months with possibility of extension
