UCM Business Solutions is an outsourcing and consulting firm specialized in providing financial and administrative support services to large organizations. This position will be hired under UCM and allocated to work directly with one of our clients, a multinational company in the consumer goods industry.
Position Overview
The Administrative Analyst will support the IT area within a multinational environment, acting as a key interface between IT, Finance, Accounting, and local/global partners. This role is responsible for managing purchase orders, invoice processing, month-end reconciliations, and supporting the annual forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact with local and global IT partners to open purchase orders and receive invoices in SAP, in accordance with Reckitt internal policies and procedures.
- Execute month-end activities, including reconciliations and closings, ensuring accurate tracking of OPEX and CAPEX.
- Partner closely with Finance teams (Manufacturing and Commercial) to reconcile forecast versus actuals on a monthly basis, identifying variances and supporting the definition of action plans.
- Prepare and report monthly forecast vs. actuals results to the IT leadership.
- Support local and regional IT and Finance teams in the preparation of materials for the four annual forecast cycles.
- Work alongside Accounting and IT teams in the fixed asset internal process, from requisition through CAPEX creation and capitalization start in SAP.
- Ensure compliance with Brazilian fiscal and SAP localization requirements during invoice receipt and P2P processes.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an SAP user, with solid knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
- Hands-on experience with Brazilian localization processes in SAP.
- Strong experience in month-end reconciliations of forecast versus actuals, including variance analysis and action plan follow-up.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Accounting teams in both local and regional/global environments.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Location: São Paulo, SP (JK Iguatemi region)
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days per week on-site
Contract Type: Temporary contract until the end of 2026, with potential for extension or continuity
