Our client is a multinational company with a strong presence in Brazil in the agricultural sector.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of the department, this professional will be responsible for leading all restructuring processes and improvements in the company’s administrative and financial practices.
The main responsibilities of this professional will be:
- Lead and develop the Backoffice team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance;
- Drive organizational capacity building and succession planning initiatives;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Fiscal, Accounting, Treasury, and regional teams to ensure alignment and talent development;
- Oversee administrative and operational support at the Terminal, including document control and grain movement records;
- Ensure accurate data entry and integrity across ERP/TMS/WMS systems;
- Manage receipt, dispatch, and storage flows in coordination with operations and logistics;
- Provide operational support and reporting to commercial and planning teams;
- Assist in preparing management reports and KPIs related to terminal performance;
- Lead continuous process improvements focusing on automation, digitization, and standardization;
- Act as primary contact for audits, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements;
- Maintain adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards;
- Partner with BI team to enhance reporting and deliver actionable insights using tools like Power BI;
- Support ERP implementation projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards).
