We are Gestão & Propósito, a boutique recruitment and selection consultancy based in São Paulo, Brazil, with strong operations across Latin America. We are supporting our client, a renowned dental clinic in Orlando, dedicated to transforming smiles through cutting-edge technology and genuine human care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients in person and over the phone who are interested in dental treatments.
- Clearly, empathetically, and persuasively present and explain treatment plans and procedures.
- Confidently negotiate and close high-value sales.
- Conduct strategic follow-ups with leads and patients to maximize conversions.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
We Offer
- Pay: $18 per hour
- Commission: 3% on all direct sales closed
- Schedule: 3 days per week (to be agreed upon)
- Performance reviews focused on results, organization, and communication
- Training in advanced sales techniques, including SPIN Selling

Ideal Profile
- Proven experience in selling high-value services (experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or dentistry is a strong plus).
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and persuasive ability.
- Goal-oriented mindset, capable of performing under positive pressure.
- Competitive spirit, high energy, and passion for exceeding results.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
