What you’ll do (weekly time split)
- 40 % Create share‑worthy assets – case studies, token mechanics, PR templates, gated toolkits, etc.
- 20 % Run in‑product experiments – copy, prompts, CTAs, lightweight features.
- 20 % Interview users to surface motivations, blockers & language.
- 15 % Dig into data – Mixpanel funnels, Looker dashboards, BQ queries.
- 5 % Coordinate with CS & Marketing for comms blasts and follow‑ups.
You’ll start hands‑on and manual, then layer in automation (Make.com, OpenAI) as wins prove themselves.
Must‑have skills & experience
- Proven track record shipping hypothesis‑driven growth or referral experiments (portfolio, case study or metrics).
- Comfortable owning the full loop: insight → asset/build → launch → analyse → iterate.
- Data fluency (Looker or SQL‑ish queries) and ability to turn raw numbers into action.
- Hands‑on creator: can draft copy, tweak Figma, spin up a Zap, or brief a designer—whatever moves the test forward.
- Fluent Portuguese; professional English (our materials & tools are in EN).
- Thrives in small, collaborative “Clan” cultures and is happy as an individual contributor (this is not a management seat).
Nice‑to‑haves
- Completed Reforge Growth Loops or similar program.
- Background in Product, UX, or Service Design for PLG SaaS.
- Experience with AI/LLM tools to scale personalization or content generation.
- Exposure to multi‑unit retail / franchise tech.
Culture fit
We prize consistency, learning, and the “sparkle in the eye.” You’ll fit if you:
- See every test—win or fail—as a data point for progress.
- Treat franchisees’ success stories with the same excitement you’d give a press headline.
- Collaborate openly, share context, and celebrate teammates’ ideas as your own.
Competitive ego, politics, or entitlement clash with our way of working.
Our stack
BigQuery · Looker · Mixpanel · Google Sheets · Figma · Make.com · OpenAI APIs (plus whatever you hack together). You pick the tools that speed up learning.
