Position Objective
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will act as a global Key Account Manager (KAM), responsible for opening new sales channels and expanding our client base in international markets. This professional must have a strong background in business development and proven skills in consultative sales.
Responsibilities
- Client Prospecting: Identify and approach potential clients in global markets using a consultative approach.
- Account Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Partnership Development: Create and nurture strategic partnerships that enhance the company's market presence.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Report Preparation: Prepare detailed reports on sales progress, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align strategies and ensure value delivery to clients.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales, preferably in the SaaS or financial sector.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of CRM tools and data analysis; familiarity with SaaS metrics such as MRR, CAC, and LTV.
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
