Head Chef with experience in Japanese Cuisine

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef, who has a wealthy portfolio of experience in Japanese cuisine. This opportunity would suit someone who is looking to bring their own dynamic approach to the kitchen; working with a highly motivated team, mature and reliable person with a strong belief in own ability.

The selected candidate will be responsible to ensure that hotel policies and procedures are being followed in the kitchen, will oversee and direct all aspects of the kitchen operation, and guide the kitchen brigade as needed, with the ability to handle the responsibility for the
production, preparation and presentation of all food items and ensure highest quality at all times. 

What we are looking for:

• 3-5 years as a Head Chef
• Experience in Japanese Cuisine
• Experience in managing a large kitchen and setting up menus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to manage a team
• Good knowledge of HACCP
• Able to manage costs
• Flexible in hours
• Creative in ideas
• Fluent English is important (+ additional EU language will be considered an asset)
