      Arbeit is a contact solution provider to debt collection agencies, call centers, and small businesses. Arbeit’s mission is to

      businesses, and other organizations to communicate efficiently and effectively with their customers and consumers. We
      do this by providing autodialer technology, TCPA compliance solutions, VOIP business phone systems and number
      labeling solutions. We are a 100% remote company, with roots in Buffalo, NY, United States, and Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil.
      We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to assist our Admin team with entering,
      reviewing, and maintaining accurate and confidential information in multiple electronic systems. The Data Entry Specialist
      should have strong keyboard skills, a commitment to accuracy, and fluency in English to interpret and process

      Responsibilities
      ● Accurately input data from various sources into multiple systems
      ● Send electronic contracts to clients
      ● Review and verify information for errors or inconsistencies before and after entry
      ● Handle confidential information with discretion and security of sensitive information
      ● Update and maintain records, ensuring all data is current, complete, and properly organized
      ● Communicate effectively with team members and other teams to clarify data issues
      ● Follow company policies and data entry procedures to ensure compliance and consistency
      ● Meet deadlines and productivity targets in a fast-paced work environment
      ● Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, or system maintenance as needed
      ● Generate and format reports as needed for internal use or analysis
      ● Perform regular data audits and quality checks to maintain database integrity
      ● Provide additional support to the Admin team as need

      Requirements
      ● Fluency in English, including written, verbal and comprehension
      ● Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
      ● Ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks with consistency
      ● Adaptability to new systems and procedures
      ● Excellent time management skills and have the ability to multitask and prioritize work
      ● Have problem solving/forward thinking skills
      ● Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
      ● WPM of 50-65 with 95% accuracy preferred
      ● Experience in Google Suite a plus
      ● Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus
