We are supporting a multinational CDMO specialized in cosmetics and home care in the search for a Sales Representative (B2B) to join its commercial team in San José Iturbide (Guanajuato) or CDMX.

This is a hands-on, on-site role focused on managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities within the contract manufacturing model.

We are looking for professionals with solid experience in B2B salesof industrial solutions, such as packaging, raw materials, or manufacturing services, especially for clients in the cosmetics and home care industries.

Who Should Apply

Professionals with commercial experience in B2B environments, ideally selling to the cosmetics or home care sectors, and interested in growing within an international industrial group.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial relationships with clients in the cosmetics and home care sectors.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and commercial terms.
  • Support cost estimation and margin validation in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Coordinate with internal areas (R&D, operations, regulatory) to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Follow up on project timelines, documents, and deliveries.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accounts.
  • Assist in prospecting new clients aligned with the company’s industrial capabilities.
  • Maintain updated records of client interactions and sales pipeline.
  • Ensure that all activities comply with internal procedures and external regulations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B sales of industrial products or services (preferably related to contract manufacturing, OEM, packaging, ingredients, or technical solutions).
  • Familiarity with the cosmetics or home care sectors is a strong plus.
  • Ability to coordinate commercial and operational aspects of client requests.
  • Intermediate to advanced English (used in reports and internal meetings).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Availability to work on-site and travel to client meetings when needed.
