The LATAM FP&A Specialist will play a crucial role within the finance team, focusing on financial planning and analysis initiatives that enhance operational and financial performance. This position involves analyzing financial statements, trends, and metrics to provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial statements and operational metrics.
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, including variance analyses and key financial ratios.
- Prepare detailed budget variance reports and financial reporting packages.
Model Development:
- Create and maintain complex financial models for strategic planning and sensitivity analyses.
- Develop rolling forecasts that integrate income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with finance, sales, and operations teams to develop accurate forecasts.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to various stakeholders.
KPI Tracking:
- Enhance KPI reporting to monitor company performance and analyze revenue drivers, cost structures, and expenses.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in finance, accounting, or related fields with a strong focus on FP&A.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Excel with advanced financial modeling capabilities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM software is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets.
Languages:
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
