We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Assistant who is fluent in both written and verbal English communication. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, solves problems independently, and ensures that tasks are executed with precision and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize email inboxes, draft responses, and flag priorities
- Write and schedule social media posts, respond to comments/messages using my voice and tone
- Handle various administrative duties that keep operations moving smoothly (scheduling, calendar management, reminders, follow-ups)
- Create and maintain organized, user-friendly forms and spreadsheets
- Conduct light research and provide summaries or actionable insights
- Proactively identify issues and implement efficient solutions
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, collaborators, and service providers
- Support special projects as needed, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
Qualifications:
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to mirror my voice and communication style in writing
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms), Microsoft Office, and email platforms
- Experience with social media management tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- While work hours are flexible for task completion, meetings will be scheduled between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM MST (United States).
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a similar assistant or coordinator role
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Basic graphic design or Canva skills a plus
